31 Gallery sells premium art works including paintings, design pieces, sculptures, etc.
We work with passion to bring you museum quality art collection. Whatever your interest, your décor style, your inspiration – we’re sure to have that piece you can’t live without.

What forms of payment does 31 Gallery accept?
Credit Cards – We are accepting payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.
Bank Transfer – Both Japan customers and orders from outside Japan can choose to pay by bank transfers.
Are my payments secure?
We don’t ever store any financial information on our servers. All credit card payment transactions will be processed through Square or Paypal. Will I be able to track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Make sure to also check your junk mail folder, since emails can sometimes end up there.

How are shipping charges calculated
Japan Domestic Shipping
Within Japan, we use Yamato Express as our exclusive shipping partner due to their high reliability and good cost performance. With the exception of Okinawa and Hokkaido, Packages are usually delivered within one day. Click here to open the YAMATO Tracking Page.
International Shipping
Our shipping rates are determined by weight, so your total shipping cost will be calculated in your cart prior to checking out.

Express Mail Service is a very reliable and fast service of Japan Post. You can track the progress of delivery and we insure parcels up to an amount of 2 million Japanese Yen.

The parcel is handled as airmail between Japan and your country but handled as surface mail within each country. It is low priority airmail using vacant space left after high priority mail is loaded.

Fedex (or DHL) is recommended if you are in a hurry to receive your item. It is very fast and reliable shipping method. It could be somewhat more costly. We will decide which courier service to be used based on the destination.
What is your returns policy?
We insure every item we sell, which means that you don’t have to worry about your purchase being lost or damaged during transit.
In the event that you determine that there was a problem with your shipment – whether it has been damaged during shipping or there was a mistake in shipment – just let us know within 7 days from the delivery date and we will exchange the item at no extra charge or refund the payment.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship all over the world as long as there is an available shipping method to the destination.
How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?
The delivery time depends on your location and a shipping method you choose. We ship out all our items from Japan.
Generally, EMS takes approximately 1-2 weeks, Fedex takes 2-5 days, and SAL can take up to 2-4 weeks.
When we receive your order, we will inform you of expected shipping duration in an email.
